At Skin Secrets Aesthetics Ltd, we are committed to delivering professional aesthetic treatments and training in a safe and respectful environment. By booking an appointment or purchasing any treatment, training, or package, you agree to the following policies.

1. Treatments, Training & Packages

• All purchased treatments, training courses, and packages are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Treatments, training, or packages are non-exchangeable, unless there is a reasonable medical reason supported by an official doctor’s letter.
• We do not change or refund appointments if a client or student changes their mind or is dissatisfied with a treatment or course choice.
• Purchase of any service confirms full acceptance of these policies.
  
  

2. Package Transfers

• Treatment packages may be transferred to a nominated individual upon written request from the original purchaser.
• Transfers are subject to management approval and must be requested prior to commencement.
• Packages may not be transferred for resale or commercial use.

3. Deposits & Booking (Treatments)

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments.
• Deposits are deducted from the final cost on the day of treatment.
• Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Treatments)

• • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a treatment appointment without losing your deposit.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained.
  • If a paid appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to mark the session as completed.
  • Cancelled sessions may be redeemed by paying:
    • £25 for appointments up to 1 hour
    • £50 for appointments over 1 hour

 

5. No-Show Policy (Treatments)

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be classed as a no-show.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment value.
• No future bookings will be accepted until outstanding fees are paid in full.

6. Late Arrival Policy

• Arrivals 5–15 minutes late may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment, and a fee may apply.
• Arrivals over 15 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation.
• We reserve the right to charge 100% of the appointment value, plus a £25 rebooking fee, for appointments cancelled due to lateness.

7. Training Policy

• All training courses require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
• A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule a training date.
• If training is cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit will be retained to cover the cost of training manuals, models, products, venue, and administration.
• If a training day is cancelled for any reason, or if a student requires an additional practice day, a fee of £250 per additional training day will apply.
• Training deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the discretion of management.

8. Right to Refuse Treatment or Training

• Skin Secrets Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment or training to any individual at any time, without providing an explanation.
• This includes circumstances where services are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or where clinic policies are not respected.

9. Deposit Adjustments

• We reserve the right to adjust deposit amounts at any time, without prior notice or obligation to provide a reason.
• The applicable deposit will be confirmed at the time of booking.

10. Consultations & Treatment Outcomes

• All clients receive a consultation prior to treatment, explaining possible outcomes, benefits, risks, and realistic expectations.
• Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
• In some cases, no visible improvement may occur despite correct treatment.
• By purchasing services, you agree that Skin Secrets Aesthetics Ltd is not liable to provide refunds, free treatments, or compensation due to dissatisfaction with results.

11. Acceptance of Policy

By booking or purchasing any treatment, training, or package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this clinic policy.

12. Facial & Body Treatments

All prepaid facial and body treatments must be used within 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.

Any unused treatments remaining after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

No extensions will be granted beyond the expiry period under any circumstances.

13. Laser Hair Removal Treatments

All prepaid laser hair removal courses must be used within 24 months (2 years) from the date of purchase.

Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited.

No extensions or pauses are available beyond the stated expiry period.

14. General Terms

Expiry dates apply regardless of usage, personal circumstances, or appointment availability.

It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend treatments within the valid timeframe.

Treatments are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services once purchased.
